Consent to Personal Data Processing

By submitting a request on the sssconsult.kz website, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to SSS Consult ([full legal name, BIN]), 46 Mynbayev St., office 500a, Almaty, to collect and process my personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Their Protection".

What data

Name, phone number, email address, information about the selected service and other data I provide when contacting the company.

Purposes of processing

Contacting me, consultation, provision of the selected migration service, preparation and submission of documents on my instruction.

Actions with data

Collection, recording, systematization, storage, clarification, use, transfer to authorized bodies on my instruction or as required by law, anonymization, blocking and destruction.

Term and withdrawal

The consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn. I may withdraw my consent by sending a request to info@sssconsult.kz.
